Partnership Forums support ULI’s Core Purpose: to make “better executives through education and idea exchange.”

Regional Partnership Forum

These groups will meet together in each District Council’s region with a goal of fostering an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and openness to share in each other’s business and personal experiences. Each District Council, with the help of ULI, will develop their own program and enlist a Mentor, (senior level RE professional with strong knowledge of the Program’s focus) for their region’s meeting.

Class of 2015

HOST: ULI Charlotte – Tuesday, April 21
HOST: ULI South Carolina – Wednesday, July 22
HOST: ULI Triangle – Wednesday, October 28

Participants must be able to commit to attending all of the above listed meeting dates, as well as be able to participate in local planning meetings to prepare for your District Council’s event.

Why Participate in a Regional Partnership Forum?

This exciting opportunity’s basic purpose is to make “better executives through education and idea exchange.” Being a regional effort, participants have the opportunity to get an in-depth look at projects outside of South Carolina, meet fellow Young Leaders from Charlotte and the Triangle area, and expand professional networks.


This program is offered exclusively to ULI Carolinas’ Young Leaders (members under the age of 35). Each District Council will accept 7–10 Young Leaders. The target size for the combined events will be 30 participants total. Members will be from diverse professional backgrounds. The District Councils will make every effort to avoid placing participants from competing companies into the Regional Partnership Forums.

Application Process
  • All ULI Carolinas’ Young Leader members are invited to apply to participate in a Regional Partnership Forum. Applications will be accepted in early 2016.
  • Applications are reviewed by a committee and every effort will be made to achieve professional, ethnic and industry diversity..
