Reality Check Symposium to Focus on Strategies for Healthy, Vibrant Neighborhoods

Columbia, SC – During the Urban Land Institute’s Reality Check Midlands 2013, more than 300 participants decided they want to live in a region that promotes infill development and protects open space for recreation and permanent preservation, supporting healthy and vibrant neighborhoods. Assessment of Mt. Pleasant Growth Management Plan Unveiled August 6, 2015

Conducted by Urban Land Institute South Carolina for Charleston Metro Chamber Charleston, SC – The Urban Land Institute South Carolina (ULI) has been engaged by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce to offer an “unbiased fair and honest assessment” of the framework plan for Growth Management as proposed by Mount Pleasant Town Council in March 2015.
