Brooks is an Associate with Bridge Commercial in Charleston. An active member of ULI South Carolina, he currently serves on the Coastal Program Committee.

Cori is an Associate with Lee & Associates in Charleston, where she works with a variety of clients in different sectors, representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the office, retail and investment markets.
