On February 27, Midlands members and friends gathered at The Grand on Main to hear about the renovation of this historic property. Located on one of the most active blocks in Columbia, The Grand is a boutique bowling alley and restaurant, housed in the Robinson Building, which was formerly the Army/Navy store, and at one point a Vaudeville theater.

We heard from Lee Mashburn, of Mashburn Construction, as well as the developer, Scott Middleton, and Lambert Architecture. Attendees not only heard about the development process for The Grand, but were also able to take a look at the residential units and courtyard being constructed on the upper floors.
