General Conference Schedule
The conference will begin with a Networking Lunch at 11:30am on Tuesday, November 19. Sessions on Tuesday will conclude by 5:00pm followed immediately by the Cocktail Reception on the oceanfront lawn at The Sanctuary. Wednesday, November 20 begins with a Networking Breakfast at 8:30am. Sessions begin at 9:00am. The conference will adjourn at noon on Wednesday, November 20.

11:30am – 12:00pm Closing Keynote: Daniel Kowalski, Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury (Introduction by Welden Johnston)
Mr. Kowalski currently serves as a Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury. In this role, he advises the Secretary regarding Treasury’s efforts to drive the Administration’s domestic policy agenda. His particular areas of focus are budget and fiscal policy; health, education and welfare policy; tax policy; and infrastructure policy. For our Closing Keynote, Mr. Kowalski will discuss how Opportunity Zones legislation is advancing the administration’s agenda by ensuring that the benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reach across the entire country and boost economic development and job opportunities by encouraging private investments in communities that need it the most.
