    Erin Shaw, Beacon Partners (ULI Charlotte)
    As Director, Office Investments for Beacon, Erin collaborates with our office team in the leasing and marketing of our 1 million square foot office portfolio as well as working on future office developments and acquisitions. Erin spent the last 15 years at Meritage Properties, a boutique owner/operator of office and mixed use properties in the Northeast. She brings deep experience working with institutional investors acquiring, leasing, managing assets, and disposing of institutional office and mixed use projects in Boston, New York and Washington DC. Read more.
     
    Alex Powell, Johnson Development Associates (ULI SC)
    Alex manages Johnson Development's leasing and development efforts in downtown Spartanburg.  Prior to joining JDA, Alex directed leasing for Moonbeam Capital Investments in Atlanta, GA, where his efforts were focused on redevelopment and leasing for distressed shopping and retail centers.  Alex began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 with Penn Hodge Properties in Atlanta, GA and has worked with several Atlanta real estate companies since then.     Kimarie Ankerbrand, JLL (ULI Triangle)

    Alan Lewis, The Keith Corporation (ULI Charlotte)
    Alan Lewis, Managing Partner, Industrial Development, at The Keith Corporation (TKC), has over 29 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since joining The Keith Corporation in 1992, Alan has steadily grown TKC’s industrial build-to-suit and business park development platform into one of national preeminence. Alan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Finance.     Stephanie Few, Womble Bond Dickinson (ULI South Carolina)
    Investigate South Carolina’s largest economic development deals of the past 20 years, and chances are Stephanie Few played a role in making them happen. One of the biggest assets she brings to clients is her familiarity with local and state decision-makers throughout the Southeast, and particularly in South Carolina, where Stephanie had previously served as the City of Charleston’s Director of Economic Development. When the New York Times profiled Charleston’s economic development boom in 2017, Stephanie was one of the local leaders the Times turned to for insight.     Jessica Brock, Longfellow (ULI Triangle)
    Jessica collaborates on establishing Longfellow’s strategic direction, identifying acquisition opportunities, and negotiating and structuring transactions across Longfellow’s portfolio. This includes building long-term relationships with research-centric organizations. Jessica serves on Longfellow’s investment committee. Read more.

    Liz Ward, Give Impact (ULI Charlotte)
    Liz Ward, founder and owner of Give Impact, has a combined 15 years of experience in banking, commercial real estate finance and affordable housing development.  As a Charlotte native, daughter of a CMS teacher and someone who lived in eight different homes before going to college on a needs-based scholarship, she understands the immeasurable value of stable housing and access to resources that lead to a healthy future. Liz’s cumulative experience and heart for this community led her to recognize the need for independent expert advice on solutions in housing and upward mobility to help increase the momentum and reach across the Charlotte market.

    Chris Randolph, South Street Partners (ULI South Carolina)
    In addition to deal sourcing, acquisitions and asset management, Chris sources and maintains investor and capital relationships at South Street. He is also responsible for sales and marketing initiatives at Kiawah. Previously, Chris ran acquisitions in the real estate group at Summit Capital Management, a private equity firm with over $300 million of assets under management. Read more.

    Amanda Hoyle, Metrostudy (ULI Triangle)
    Prior to joining Metrostudy’s Raleigh office in 2017, Amanda Hoyle spent 16 years as a senior writer and reporter responsible for coverage of both the residential and commercial real estate markets in the Triangle-area market for Triangle Business Journal. Her responsibilities involved building a solid, trusting network of industry leaders and data resources in order to provide solid business intelligence for her readership. In her role as an award-winning journalist with the publication, Amanda also served as editor and research analyst for Triangle Business Journal’s quarterly commercial real estate market survey and publication report, Space.     Ken Crockett has been developing and financing commercial real estate for 40 years with a focus on the hospitality sector - as both public company executive and private company owner. He has overseen 50 value-added hotel investments totaling $736 million in 21 states. Recent developments in Raleigh include Marriott Residence Inn Downtown – a collaborative effort with Summit Hospitality Group (www.summithospitality.com) and the City of Raleigh; Hampton Inn & Suites Midtown East – a partnership with Summit and Loden Properties (www.lodenproperties.com); and Marriott AC Hotel Glenwood/The Willard currently under construction.
