Mentor for TechStars Colliers PropTech Accelerator, a global initiative to develop and bring to market new property technologies. Philip is also an Advisor to Genesis Block, a leading digital assets OTC trading centre in Asia.

    Jernej is CEO and co-founder of AgiliCity. He holds PhD in Urban Design (on the topic of Interactive Regulation of Built Form). Prior to establishing AgiliCity, he worked as urban designer for 8 years. This gives him deep understanding of wicked problems urban planners and designers are facing in everyday practice. Together with his passion for computer programming and digital technologies, he is equipped with a set of skills that help him and his team develop cutting-edge solutions for smarter design of cities of tomorrow. Besides being involved business development, he is still also product manager of Modelur, a parametric urban design software tool developed by AgiliCity.

    With 20 years of experience in change management, innovative technology, consulting, finance, hospitality and global sales operations management experience starting from the Silicon Valley to worldwide. Akina is leading a new department at Great Eagle to execute digital transformation at the group level and also across all subsidiaries globally. She is also part of the Investment Committee that evaluate start-ups in cutting-edge technology and disruptive business model across different industries. She was one of the Executive that helped a startup in Hong Kong to become one of the Unicorn in 2017 with investors from FoxConn and Softbank. She is a respected guest speaker, panel specialist and guest professor with a notable media appearances on Bloomberg and Fox International. She is a recipients of many awards for great leadership, digital transformation & innovation, social innovation and proptech. She is regularly invited as a speaker and panelist at technology and digital transformation conferences covering big data, security, digital marketing, HR, IoT, Customer Experience, and others. Akina holds an GEMBA from USC and a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

    Ariel Shtarkman

    Managing Partner, Undivided Ventures

    Ariel Shtarkman has over eight years of real estate experience in the US and Asia. She is the Founder of Orca Capital, a boutique advisory practice, with main focus on sourcing and structuring real estate private transactions and selective capital rising from Asian family offices and private investors toward cross-border transactions. Prior to founding Orca Capital, Ariel was with Citibank Real Estate Structured Finance in Hong Kong, where she structured debt instruments for real estate developers, REITs and private equity funds. Before joining Citibank, she worked in real estate private equity funds sponsored by ING Clarion in New York and ING Real Estate Investment Management in Hong Kong. Ariel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with concentration in Real Estate, and BSC from Tel Aviv University with double major in Computer Science and Business Administration. She serves as the Co-Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group Hong Kong/Asia Pacific, is a member of the ULI North Asia Executive Committee, and a founding member of Columbia Business School Alumni Network of Hong Kong. Ariel is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian, and conversant in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
