Once the largest textile Mill in Greenville County, the Judson Mill District now fosters a vibrant and mixed-use community that is home to office, restaurant, brewery, retail, entertainment, and residential spaces. Join Ken Reiter, co-developer of the Judson Mill District with Belmont Sayre and Lee Shain, senior project manager with Avison Young, as they provide an overview of their approach to revitalizing the 36-acre campus. From purchasing the property to assembling the team and working through the layers of tax credits- their approach has maintained a vision to preserve the soul, spirit, and features of the historic mill.

A tour of the development visits tenant spaces including Judson Mill Lofts, BlocHaven, Feed & Seed, the Jud Hub, and additional tenant spaces that are still in construction. 

Please note: All Visitors are required to wear long pants and closed toed shoes. No high heels or open toed shoes will be allowed. Visitors who fail to wear proper clothing will not be allowed on site. Hard hats will be provided for the tour and must be kept on at all times. 

The tour will conclude with a happy hour and networking.
