    Join ULI South Carolina's Grand Strand community for a talk and tour at the Holiday Shores Motel. This event will include a tour of the recently renovated Holiday Shores Motel and tell the complete background of how this project came together with historic tax credits and a strong "Retro Chic" vibe. 

    Speakers will include members of the project team: Janie Campbell (Rogers Lewis, historic tax credit consultant), Andrew Porio (Tax Credit Marketplace), and Tim Mclendon (interior designer). After the talk and tour, stick around for a networking happy hour.
