    The Explore ULI SC series continues on Thursday, December 3 at 10:00AM with the Charleston Virtual Crane Watch Tour. Join our tour guide, Christopher Morgan, Planning Manager/Division Director at the City of Charleston’s Department of Planning & Sustainability to learn more about the changing skyline on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula. During the tour we will hear from representatives of each of these exciting new projects.
     
    Projects and speakers scheduled to include:
    • Charleston Tech Center – Ernest Andrade (Charleston Digital Corridor)
    • The Merchant – Michael Oliver (RangeWater)
    • The Refinery – Lindsay Nevin (Flyway)
    • The Quin – Brian Connelly (JLL)
    • Morrison Yard – Zach Bearden (Origin Development Partners)
    • The Wonderer – Beau Burns (Peninsula Partner Holdings)
    This event is free for ULI Members, $35 for non-members.
