Join ULI South Carolina Midlands community for a discussion on the Oaks at St. Anna’s Park.
The 285-unit community is being built on the site of the former Gonzalez Gardens, the oldest public housing complex in the city before it was demolished in 2017. With an estimated gap of 6,000 affordable housing units in the City of Columbia, the mixed-income neighborhood represents an important step toward the fulfillment of the Vision 2030 Plan to provide quality affordable housing.
Ward Mungo of Ward Mungo Construction will talk with the development team, including Columbia Housing Authority's Yvonda Bean and Cindi Herrera, Bob Hutchinson, Ward Mungo Construction, and Matt Davis (Davis Architecture).
