ULI South Carolina & College Of Charleston: From The Trenches - Camp Hall
ULI South Carolina is pleased to partner with the College of Charleston Real Estate Club and Carter Real Estate Center in the School of Business to present “From the Trenches: Lessons Learned From Camp Hall.”
Santee Cooper’s Camp Hall was recently named the No. 7 best industrial park in the nation in Business Facilities Magazine’s 16th annual Rankings Report. Located in the Charleston metro area and home to Volvo’s first US manufacturing plant, Camp Hall is poised to be a next generation commerce park. ULI South Carolina and College of Charleston are happy to bring together an esteemed panel of experts involved in the development of Camp Hall.

The From the Trenches series is a partnership between ULI South Carolina and the College of Charleston Real Estate Club and Carter Real Estate Center that focuses on large-scale developments throughout the Charleston metro area. The objective of the series is to share insights on the challenges, opportunities and lessons learned from a variety of industry sectors, with both real estate students and professionals. The series kicked-off in 2019 with The Tides in Mt Pleasant, followed in spring 2020 with a presentation on Summers Corner.
