Join the ULI SC Coastal community on Thursday, March 16th for the second installment of the Development 101 series, focused on housing affordability in the Lowcountry. We’ll hear about recent initiatives focused on health, equity, and inclusion, redevelopment projects happening in the Charleston region and initiatives being implemented by the city and county to encourage development of and expand access to affordable housing.
