On September 21, ULI South Carolina Upstate hosted a Senior Housing Panel Discussion and Project Tour at Waterstone on Augusta, in Greenville.  The panel featured Dan Simmons, founding principal, Simmons Lockard, LLC; Kevin Maddron, CFO/Treasure CNL Healthcare Properties and Stuart Barber, McMillan Pazdan Smith.  Aaron Conley, Third Act Solutions, moderated the panel.  The discussion was followed by a tour of the 114-bed assisted living facility.
