ULI members and friends gathered for the first in-person events held in the Upstate, the Midlands and on the coast.

The ULI SC Upstate community met on May 26 for a tour of downtown Anderson. The evening commenced at the City of Anderson Economic Development office, where city staff shared an update on what is happening in downtown Anderson, from there, groups headed out for a downtown walking tour of new and upcoming projects. The Midlands community joined on June 8 for a networking happy hour at Savage Craft Aleworks in West Columbia. Savage Craft opened earlier this year in the Old Brookland City Hall and Fire Station. The brewery includes a biergarten, taproom and rooftop bar area. Thanks to event sponsors Hood Construction and Parker Poe.

The Coastal community gathered in Charleston on June 10 for a first look at The Quin office building and a networking happy hour. Developed by White Point Partners, The Quin is a new 5-story class A  office development with ground floor retail that delivered earlier this month.
