In this season of reflection, gratitude, and hopeful anticipation for the year ahead, we wish you the very happiest of holidays. Whether a long-time leader, a new member, or a friend who joins us for an event or two throughout the year, we thank you for being a part of carrying out ULI’s mission in South Carolina.

As we look ahead to 2026, ULI South Carolina has another exciting year planned, including:

• Commencing the 4th Real Estate Diversity Initiative program in North Charleston in January (read more below)
• Hosting 2026 Emerging Trends in Real Estate® events in each of our 3 regions featuring speakers from PwC to discuss key opportunities, risks and market shifts that will shape the industry
• Hosting the inaugural ULI SC WLI Whole Well Women Retreat in Columbia in February
• Co-hosting the ULI Carolinas Meeting in Raleigh, March 23-24
• Co-hosting the 2nd ULI Southeastern Coastal Development Forum in St. Augustine, FL May 13-14, with ULI Atlanta/Savannah and ULI North Florida
• Supporting membership scholarships with the 4th annual golf tournament at The Ocean Course in June
• And as always, we will continue to support and engage all members, including the Young Leaders Group, REDI graduates and Women’s Leadership Initiative, fueling ULI SC’s expanding membership

With the help of our dedicated members, we accomplished many things in 2025 (please see highlights below) and will continue to thrive in 2026 and beyond through your membership, your financial support and the dedication of our leaders.
