During this holiday season, a time of reflection, gratitude, and excited anticipation for the New Year, we wish you all the happiest of holidays. We hope that you have the opportunity to enjoy some festivities, relax and recharge with loved ones and perhaps even take the ULI Mission to heart and do a little something extra for your community over the holidays.

2025 will be an exciting time for ULI South Carolina:

• We will kick off the 3^rd Real Estate Diversity Initiative program in North Charleston, commencing in January (read more about the cohort below)
• We will host the ULI Carolinas Meeting in Charleston, March 6-7
• Our Young Leaders will gather for their 2nd Annual statewide summit in Greenville in June
• We will continue to support membership scholarships with the 3^rd annual golf tournament at The Reserve at Lake Keowee
• Along with the BCDCOG, we will co-host Reality Check 2.0 in North Charleston in April
• We will continue to support and engage our Young Leaders Group, REDI graduates and Women’s Leadership Initiative and fuel their expanding membership

We have accomplished a lot in 2024 (please see highlights below) and will continue to excel in 2025 and beyond through your membership, your financial support and the dedication of our leaders.
