Grateful
As the holiday season approaches, we cannot let this month go by without saying how grateful we are for our members and sponsors!

ULI is its members! ULI South Carolina is highlighting our membership in a new feature of the monthly newsletter – Meet Our Members. This month we feature Tiara Williams with BOUDREAUX in Columbia, SC.
With over 15 years of experience, Tiara provides a high level of technical skill to every project. She joined BOUDREAUX in 2013 from Louisiana where she attended South University A&M College in Baton Rouge. Five years later, she became the third actively practicing African American woman to become licensed in architecture in South Carolina.
Tiara currently serves on the South Carolina AIA Equity Committee and is active in her church’s Dance Ministry. As an architect, she provides training and mentorship to others. Her expertise in the development of construction documents, utilizing Revit Building Information Modeling, makes her particularly efficient. Tiara is detail-oriented and thrives on the construction site, where clients and contractors benefit from her responsiveness, thoughtfulness and even-keeled demeanor. She is presently working with Benedict College on a historic preservation project, and with Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church’s new worship facility. Through her work, Tiara champions community and placemaking.
