Please join ULI South Carolina in congratulating ULI member Tom Fox and his son Pearce. The duo joined by hundreds of other riders, recently completed a 111 mile journey across Tucson, Arizona to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. Together they raised $5500 to support research that will someday find a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Tom and Pearce rode in honor of their daughter and sister Audrey who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 2 years old. Congratulations Tom and Pearce!

Tom is the partner in charge at Fox Capital Partners, a Greenville based commercial real estate organization.  Tom has been an active ULI member since 2004.   He currently serves on the Upstate Executive Committee and has spoken at our annual Capital Markets Program in Kiawah.  Fox Capital Partners is an annual ULI SC Sponsor.
