Scholarship opportunities are provided by ULI Charlotte, ULI South Carolina and ULI Triangle.

Applicants are invited to apply for a Scholarship to attend the 2019 ULI Carolinas’ Meeting in Raleigh, NC on February 11-12.

Public Sector Scholarships – The purpose of the scholarship is to introduce public sector or nonprofit employees, elected officials and appointed officials to the ULI experience, and retain their participation to create a more complete shared learning experience across all sectors of our industry.

Eligible participants: Applicants employed by nonprofits, local, county, and state government, elected or appointed public officials from throughout North and South Carolina. ULI membership is not required but highly encouraged.  Click here to apply for Public Sector Scholarships.

Young Leader Scholarships – This scholarship opportunity is provided by the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte through ULI Charlotte.  Young Leaders (under 35 years of age), from throughout the Carolinas, are invited to apply for a Scholarship to attend the 2019 ULI Carolinas’ Meeting in Raleigh, NC on February 11-12.

The scholarships will be awarded for the 2019 ULI Carolinas’ Meeting to members who fit the following criteria:

• ULI Commitment:  must show engagement in ULI.  Applicant must show continued commitment to ULI beyond the Carolinas’ Meeting.
• Work Experience:  Has real estate industry or related field, including development, architecture, planning, government, transportation, engineering, finance, sustainability and non-profits.  Applicant must also show leadership and responsibility in their professional career.
