ULI SC is excited to announce the opportunity for membership scholarships. ULI SC is interested in expanding opportunities for young leaders, public sector representatives, and minorities to get to know ULI by providing complimentary memberships.
Details for each of the three scholarships is outlined below. If you or someone you know is interested and eligible, please follow the links below to apply. Applications will be accepted through February 28, 2019.
Young Leader Membership Scholarship
Are you a real estate professional under the age of 35 who is interested in becoming engaged in the ULI community?
ULI South Carolina is offering one (1) complimentary ULI YLG membership for one-year. The ideal candidate is a young leader who is either new to the industry or interested in a career in real estate and has shown interest in ULI and our mission. In addition to the one-year membership, ULI SC will identify potential liaisons who will meet with the scholarship recipient throughout the year.

Public Official Membership Scholarship
ULI South Carolina is offering one (1) complimentary ULI Associate membership for one-year to an eligible public official. In addition to the Associate Membership for one year, ULI SC will also identify potential ULI ambassadors or liaisons (private sector experts and member leaders) who will meet with the recipient throughout the year to discuss issues like public/private partnerships, working collaboratively to meet public goals, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a mid-career public sector professional in planning, economic development, or another field that deals with real estate/land use and has demonstrated an interest in learning more about ULI and our mission.

Diversity & Inclusivity Membership Scholarship
ULI South Carolina continually strives to have a diverse and inclusive membership. ULI South Carolina is offering complimentary ULI Associate membership for one year to a minority real estate professional. In addition to the one-year Associate Membership, ULI SC will also identify and introduce potential ULI ambassadors or liaisons (private sector experts and member leaders) who will meet with the recipient throughout the year to discuss issues like public/private partnerships, working collaboratively to meet public goals, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a mid-career professional in the private, public or non-profit sector who works in finance, design, planning, economic development, or another field that deals with real estate/land use and has demonstrated an interest in learning more about ULI and our mission.
