In a continuation of the Development Tour series, ULI SC Midlands will host a tour of The Grand on Main. The Grand, a former vaudeville house/theater turned boutique bowling alley, restaurant, and bar, is located in downtown Columbia. Commonly referred to as the Robinson Building, The Grand is one of the oldest surviving structures on Main Street, with its original construction dating back to 1866.

Join ULI as they hear from Lee Mashburn of Mashburn Construction on the vision behind the redevelopment of the building, tour the facility, and wrap up our event with a happy hour and bowling.
