The Upstate ULI community joined on Wednesday, November 14 at Serendipity Labs at Plush Mill for the last “Beer & Brainstorming” of the year.

The evening kicked off with a discussion led by Serendipity Labs Founder John Arenas, and franchise owner Trey Scott, who shared insights into this fresh take on the co-working office environment. Mark Peters (Britt, Peters & Associates) and Shelby Dodson (CBRE) were also on hand to discuss the challenges and successes of adapting a former industrial site. The discussion was followed by tours of the facility and a networking happy hour.

The vision of Serendipity Labs is to deliver an upscale, hospitality-based workplace experience that can serve as an extension for businesses and a home base for established, independent professionals. There are currently 10 locations open across the US, with another 125 in development.
