ULI SC Upstate welcomed Mike Sullivan, SCDOT Statewide Planning Chief on the morning of March 21, for the first event in a new series on transportation issues. Mike shared his insights and what the increase in SC’s gas tax means infrastructure around the state.  Attendees learned about how this additional revenue will be used throughout our state, and how our existing infrastructure will be improved over time.  A big thank you to Mike Sullivan and SCDOT, and to McMillan Pazdan Smith for hosting the event.
