The Upstate ULI community was treated to a tour of Auro Hotels’ dual-branded Residence Inn/Springhill Suites in downtown Greenville on February 28.  Auro Hotels’ Matt Alexander lead a panel discussion with Jay Burnett (SVP Investments & Development) and John Lapins (VP Design & Construction) and hotel General Manager, Jonathan Brashier, covering topics including the growth of hotel development in Greenville, the benefits and challenge of a dual-branded property, and trends in the hospitality industry. Members also enjoyed a networking happy hour.
