ULI South Carolina would like to say a huge thanks to ULI member and friend, Susan Watts. Having lived and worked in the Charleston area for several years, Susan and her husband have decided to return to her hometown of Naples, FL.

Susan is President of Susan Watts Consulting, where she uses her creative experience with a variety of successful communities in Arizona, California, Florida and South Carolina, helping developers with both small and large challenges. Susan has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, addressing acquisitions, entitlements, environmental challenges, market and development strategy, planning, design, architecture, landscape architecture, HOA and club operations.

Susan is a very active member of ULI and is always there to share her expertise and knowledge with ULI SC members and friends. We will miss her leadership in the Coastal UrbanPlan program and the knowledge she shared with students during her time in the classroom as an UrbanPlan volunteer. We wish her the best of luck!
