ULI South Carolina is proud to introduce the 3rd ULI SC REDI Cohort!  This group of 17 professionals will embark on a 12-week intensive course on the development process. Working in teams and alongside mentors, the teams will respond to an RFP for an actual development site in the Charleston area. Classes begin January 14 and cover everything from site analysis, design and financial modeling, culminating in pitch presentations and graduation on April 1.
