ULI South Carolina is excited to announce that applications are now open for the inaugural class of the ULI SC Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI).

Sponsored by the Greenville Housing Fund & CommunityWorks, ULI SC REDI program will launch in Greenville, SC on January 10, 2023, and run for 12 consecutive weeks. The program is a 12-week intensive designed for people of color interested in growing their knowledge base of the real estate development field.

ULI SC REDI is designed to strengthen knowledge of the real estate industry and position participants to put together a successful development. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum and gain experience working together on a real-world case study.

Applications are open through October 14, 2022. Eligibility & requirements – Person of color, 1 letter of recommendation and resume must be submitted as part of application process. Registration is $300 payable upon acceptance to the program. The program requires 100% attendance.

Participants receive a complimentary, one-year membership to ULI South Carolina with access to 700+ members working in many different areas of the real estate industry, two textbooks – Professional Real Estate Development: The ULI Guide to the Business
textbook, By Richard Peiser and David Hamilton & Building Small by Jim Heid (Total value of $149.90), access to select ULI Learning virtual classes, one-on-one mentoring and education worth more than $15,000, a new network of allied professionals and a certificate of completion.
