Coastal Region Kicks off the Year with Member Social

Coastal members enjoyed the first networking happy hour of the year on Tuesday, February 20, at Edmund’s Oast Exchange.  Edmund’s Oast Exchange is Charleston’s newest beer and wine exchange, and the 2017 winner of Preservation Society of Charleston’s Carolopolis Award for new “infill” construction. Neighboring NAI Charleston graciously opened the doors of their office to allow members to tour and enjoy their new space at Half Mile North. 2018 ULI Carolinas’ Meeting Hosts Record Breaking Crowd in Greenville

More than 700 real estate professionals from across the Carolinas gathered in Greenville February 12 and 13 for the 5th annual Carolinas’ Meeting. ULI SC Midlands to host Tour of the Grand On Main

In a continuation of the Development Tour series, ULI SC Midlands will host a tour of The Grand on Main. The Grand, a former vaudeville house/theater turned boutique bowling alley, restaurant, and bar, is located in downtown Columbia.
