    Join ULI South Carolina for an update on Myrtle Beach. Mayor Bethune will kick off the event with some opening remarks, before passing it over to Lauren Clever, who will provide an update on recent development and redevelopment in downtown Myrtle Beach. Other speakers will include Luke Jarrett of Synchronicity and Josh Kay from Mashburn Construction.

    We’ll wrap up the evening with a networking happy hour at Grand Stand Brewing.
