    Registration is now open for the Downtown Anderson Walking Tour, part of the ULI SC Upstate Crane Watch series.

    The tour will begin at Anderson Economic Development and break into several tour groups. Highlights will include the Palmetto Building Multifamily Project, the Magnetic South Brewery Project, the Community Kitchen, Main St. Streetscape renovations and the new Home 2 Suites. The event will conclude at the Rooftop at Lillia Day Spa. (PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available at the garage located at 130 West Whitner St. Anderson, SC 29625. Parking is Free. As you exit the garage, walk to the right and around the corner to the Economic Development Office at 102 N. Murray Avenue.)
    The downtown walking tour will feature the City of Anderson’s Andrew Strickland, Assistant City Manager, David McCuen, City Manager, Beth Batson, Strategic Communications Director, and Kimberly Spears, Economic Development Director.

    This event is free for members, $35 for non-members. This will be a limited capacity, in-person event. Current state, local and ULI guidelines for COVID-19 safety will apply.
