    The ULI SC Coastal community will host the fifth and final 2023 installment of the Development 101 series with a discussion on the current state, and future of the office sector in the lowcountry. 
     
    Moderator Chris Fraser, Principal and Managing Director, South Carolina & Savannah, GA, Avison Young will set the stage with an update on the office market, before speaking with a panel of local experts on innovation and areas of focus for the future of the office sector in the Charleston region.
