ULI South Carolina - State of the Upstate Event #5 The Economic Impact of Upstate Trails
The Upstate has become a magnet for growth and our trails are a key component serving as connectors to downtowns and neighborhoods and allowing access for everyone to enjoy the benefits of health and wellness. Trails also improve our communities by spurring residential and commercial development and bringing more amenities for all to enjoy.
Join us for our 5th State of the Upstate event and hear from Moderator Blake Sanders, President of Studio Main, LLC share his efforts with implementing trail systems, and then delve into a panel who will share some of the major impacts of our trails, how they act as a catalyst for economic development, what’s down the pipeline and what incentives, state and local are in place to attract new businesses and employers to the Upstate.
