Upstate members gathered on Tuesday, August 27, for a tour and project discussion at The Greene apartment community in the West End of Greenville.

Woodfield Development hosted the event, providing tours of their new mixed-use development within a block of Fluor Field.  Guests enjoyed a networking happy hour on the rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains and downtown skyline.

The Greene is a 271-unit Class AA multifamily apartment community with approx. 3,500 SF of retail/office space along S. Main Street.  This complex redevelopment project involved careful planning and public/private coordination.  Their long list of well-appointed amenities and finishes are set to establish The Greene as a popular place to live, work, and play.
