Josh is an attorney with Wyche, leading their Spartanburg, SC office. Practicing in the areas of commercial real estate law and economic development, Josh leads the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and the Economic Development and Tax Incentives Practice Group. An  active member of ULI, Josh currently serves on the ULI South Carolina Upstate Executive Committee, and is the ULI Upstate Membership Co-Chair.
